Home care
Home is a whole life.
The armchair by the window, the coffee at ten, the crossword, the grandchildren on Sunday. We help so that this life goes on at home, at its own pace.

The same faces at home
As far as possible, the same carer comes every time, and a replacement you have already met when they are away.
A visit at home before anything starts
We come to see you, with your family if you wish, to understand the needs, the habits and the house.
Help with the funding file
APA, disability compensation, pension fund aid, tax credit: we tell you what may apply and help you with the paperwork.
A contact for the family
One person at the agency follows the file, answers the children's questions and adjusts the schedule when needs change.
Pages of everyday life
With a declared provider, part of what you pay qualifies for a tax credit, and APA or other aid may fund some hours. We explain it at the visit.

Turning the first pages
You call us
For yourself, a parent or your children. We listen to the situation and answer the first questions on the phone.
We visit you at home
A free assessment visit: needs, days, times, the house, the people who already help.
A written proposal
The schedule, the hourly price, the aid that may apply and the estimated cost after tax credit, on paper.
The help begins
Your carer is introduced to you. We check after the first weeks that everything suits you.

To prepare for the visit
- Any APA or disability compensation decision
- The details of the doctor and the nurse, if any
- The days and times that matter most
- A family member, if you wish
Our carers do not give nursing care: that is the role of a nurse, with whom we coordinate.
Letters slipped into the album
"My mother wanted to stay at home. With Martine every morning and the shopping on Thursdays, she can, and I sleep better."
"They came to the house, explained the APA file to us and filled it in with us. The help started quickly."
"Clara picks up the children after school three evenings a week. They adore her, and we come home calm."
Families' questions
How much does it cost, and what aid is there?
Is the first visit free?
